Harrell, Reuben

On the motion of John Fugate and for reasons appearing to the court, it is ordered that David Flora be appointed overseer of the road from Fugate’s waste house to the county line of Montgomery and that Reuben Harrell be overseer from Captain Fugate’s cabin to the Pine Run do proceed to open that part of the road within their respective precincts an alteration in which was established by the court at last term on application of John Fugate.
