13th August 1690. It appearing to this Court that Francis Emanuell, Senr, deceased, does stand indebted unto George Harrold one barrell of Indian Corne and one Peck of wheat. It is therefore ordered that same bee forwith pd. with costs out of the saide Emanuells estate.
