For reasons appearing to the court it is ordered that Joseph H. Howe, William Breeding and Randolph Fugate, or any two, to a lot the hands to work under Simeon Bryson, William Stone, John Harrell, Jefferson R. Fugate, Randolph Clark, Randolph Fugate, Jr., John Nunn and William Nunn, overseers of the road.
