Harrell, Reuben

The precinct of Thomas Graham, overseer of the road from Fugate's cabin to Pine Run to be divided by John Draper, Jr., and William Ross and Reuben Harrell be appointed overseer of the east end of said precinct that said Draper and Ross allot and divide the work under said overseer.
