Recommendations for the 35th Regiment of militia: Henry Whitman 1st lieutenant in company of artillery replacing Lieutenant Winniford, removed; Taurus Marshall, 2nd lieutenant in same company replacing Lieutenant Harrell, resigned; Ephraim Ward, captain of cavalry replacing Captain Stailey, resigned; Richard Lockett, 1st lieutenant same company replacing Lieutenant Wampler, resigned.
