The following are recommended in the 35th Regiment: John Davis, captain, Ambrose Grayson, resigned; Michael Robinett lieutenant, Devor, promoted; Hiram Robinett, ensign, Robinett promoted; Samuel Draper, lieutenant, Jas Steel refuses to qualify; Andrew Boyd, ensign, Joseph Draper, same; John A. Nye, 2nd lieutenant of artillery, Jacob Harrell resigned.
