Harrell, William

The last will and testament of William Bates, deceased, proved by Jacob Hays, Amon McDaniel and William Harrell and ordered to be recorded. On the motion of Joseph and John Bates, executors of the estate, probate is granted them. John Buchanan, Patrick Buchanan, John Dougherty, and Daniel Dougherty, or any three, are to appraise the estate.
