By petition of Joseph Russell and others, it is ordered that Andrew Crockett, Andrew Boyd, John T. Sayers, James Devor, and James Calfee or any three, do review the road from Randal Fugate's to Humphrey Ellis's by Henry Christly's and William Harrell's and report on conveniences and inconveniences of the old road and of the proposed alterations.
