Justices present were James McGavock, William Davies, James Newell,
William Ward, John Stanger, and James Davis. The Grand Jury presentments, with Robert Graham as foreman, included William Harrel, Robert Watson, David Sloan, George Harman, David Doak, William King, Evin Davies, Daniel Etter, Magness McDonald, Jacob Toblar, Joseph Irvine, Samuel Ewing, Stephen Sanders, Robert Crockett, William Gleaves and Lewis Woolford. Presentations: Lawrence Murry, yeoman, for being drunk by knowledge of Joseph Irvine and David Doak, farmers.
