Harrill, William

In the case Henry Honaker vs. William Harrill [Harrell], ordered that Andrew Boyd, Francis J. Carter, James Crockett, and Jas. Newell decide that William Harrill convey to Henry Honaker all the land included within the lines of his patent lying northward of a line beginning at two white oaks and a black oak corner to Thomas Alford's land, thence along a marked line South 75 degrees East __ poles to two white oaks near the meeting house including the houses where Henry Honaker lately resided, now occupied by Reed and Allen merchants, and that William Harrill pay the costs of this suit.
