Cockerel of Dittengen Parish in Prince William County…for and in consideration of five Shillings…one certain tract of Land containing two hundred and Fifty Acres more or less and is part of a greater tract Scituate Lying and being in the County of Augusta…and joyning to the Lands of John Calfee Reubin Paget and Philip Crume…uper side of East Branch of flint Run…Yielding and paying the rent of one Ear of Indian Corn at the feast of St. Michaels the Arch Angel…
