Recommendations for the 35th Regiment: John Sutton, captain in room of Samuel Sayers, resigned, 1st Battalion; Samuel Pearman, captain in room of Alexander Pierce, who refused to qualify; Michael Jackson, lieutenant in room of Samuel Pearman, promoted; Christopher Walton, ensign in the same company; Adam Cassell, captain in room of John Baumgardner, resigned; Jacob Davis, lieutenant in room of Adam Cassell, promoted; David Graham, lieutenant in room of William D. Crockett, resigned; Randolph McGavock, Jr., ensign in room of John Carter, resigned; Joseph W. Davis, lieutenant in room of Abram Snavely, resigned, 2nd Battalion; John Staley, Jr., ensign in room of Joseph W. Davis, promoted; Charles Vaught, captain in room of Henry Horn, removed; John Vaught, lieutenant in room of James Scott, who refused to qualify; Abraham Copenhaver, ensign in room of John Vaught, promoted in a company of riflemen commanded by Captain Sayers; Elijah Harell, ensign in room of John Allison, who refused to qualify.
